Video Instructions
Videos are created and managed by Oly Concepts Level 2 certified National Coaches and above or Coach Camargo.
There is no limitation to sending videos.
Videos are expected when the athlete is experiencing technical concerns.
If all feels well in training, no need to send in a video, your coach will assume everything is going well.
Send videos via email if the concern can wait 1-2 days for a response.
Send videos via text if the concern needs an immediate response; we will respond as soon as possible.

Oly Concepts Level 2 certified National Coaches and Coach Camargo create and manage all programming.
